For quite a number of years I worked in Rehabilitation with good friend Tom Gibson. Of recent months a good friend has been suffering from on-going knee pain, he can walk and jog, but with constant pain. It comes and goes with mild rest but it is still lingering and is becoming more frustrating as he is a relatively active guy. Knee pain is probably one of the most common causes of discomfort among the training population. I’ve put together a few tips to run over to help things along if this sounds like you.
